A state of affairs in ceramics
CODA Museum will present the Keramiek Triënnale 2018 from 11 March to 10 June, an exhibition initiated by the Dutch Department of Ceramics (NVK). CODA Museum and the NVK will present a state of affairs in ceramics in this international exhibition. Discover the versatility of ceramics and the craftsmanship of artists from home and abroad.
Sculptural, figurative ceramics
The exhibition is far beyond the borders and the whole of Europe is the playing stage for the Ceramics Triennial 2018. The theme of this edition is sculptural, figurative ceramics.
As with the previous edition, participating artists can win cash prizes (three prizes of € 1000 each).
The jury consists of Drs. Carin E.M. Reinders (director-director CODA Museum Apeldoorn), Monika Gass (director Keramikmuseum Westerwald, Höhr-Grenzhausen), Anne Ausloos (artist and teacher) and Anton Reijnders (artist and teacher).

A versatile activity program has been put together for the exhibition. Participants in the Keramiek Triënnale provide various workshops, lectures and children's workshops.

The exhibition at CODA Museum will be opened on Sunday 11 March at 2.30 pm. This opening is accompanied by an opening speech by visual artist Gijs Assmann and a performance by Judith Bloedjes. You can sign up via inscheldingen@coda-apeldoorn.nl o.v.v. opening Ceramics Triennial 2018.
